Location
Hotel Arabeluj boasts an exceptional location, just a 5-minute walk from the majestic Alhambra and 10 minutes from the city’s historic center. For your convenience, you can park your car next to the hotel or in the surrounding area, as the hotel does not have private parking. However, if you require private parking, we can provide information and rates for nearby parking facilities.
Visitors can connect to the city center in 10 minutes on foot, or they can also take the C35 minibus right in front of the Hotel which will take them to the center, next to the Cathedral.
To return from the center, you can take the C35 minibus, which will take you right to the hotel door, or you can take a taxi at night.
Hotel Arabeluj connects directly to the highway without having to go through the city centre, making it very convenient to drive to Sierra Nevada in just 25 minutes, Las Alpujarras or the Costa Tropical in 40 minutes by car.
How to get there by taxi
The hotel is about 15 km from the airport, with a taxi costing approximately €25-30. From the city center, the journey is much faster, about 5 minutes, and the price is usually between €6 and €7.
How to get there by bus
From the bus station, take city bus number 33 to the last stop on Gran Vía. Then, at Plaza Isabel la Católica, located next to Gran Vía, you can take minibus number C35, which runs every half hour and will drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Alternatively, minibus number C32 will drop you off at the traffic light a five-minute walk from the hotel.
How to get there by car
From Madrid, Seville, Murcia, or Malaga: Follow the Motril Ring Road and take the exit for the Ronda Sur – Sierra Nevada – Alhambra motorway. Continue towards Sierra Nevada – Alhambra, staying in the left lane when entering the tunnel.
Upon exiting the tunnel, reach the roundabout and take the road towards Alhambra. From there, you will begin to see yellow signs for the Hotel Arabeluj. Turn right towards the Realejo district and continue until you reach the Virgen de la Gruta de Lourdes; the hotel will be directly opposite.
